We’re happy to assist with product support, order questions, or general inquiries.


Lost or Missing Packages

Once your order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
CozyBeam™ is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after dispatch.

For complete peace of mind, we recommend purchasing our Shipping Protection Plan at checkout.
Without this plan, lost or stolen packages cannot be replaced or refunded.


Do You Ship Worldwide?

Yes! CozyBeam™ ships globally so everyone can create their own cozy cinematic atmosphere.

Availability and delivery times may vary depending on region and import regulations.
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import laws.
CozyBeam™ is not responsible for items seized or delayed by customs.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we process orders quickly, changes or cancellations must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase.
After that window, modifications cannot be guaranteed.

If your order has already shipped, you can request a return once it’s delivered (see Returns Policy below).


What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major payment methods:

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

All payments are processed securely through encrypted checkout to protect your personal data.


When Will My Order Arrive?

Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Shipping Time: 7–15 business days (depending on location and carrier)

During high-demand periods or global events, shipping may take slightly longer.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).


Order Not Received?

If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window:

  1. Check your tracking number for the latest updates.

  2. Contact your local carrier or postal service.

  3. If unresolved, email ddmediastores@gmail.com with your order number for assistance.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • EU Orders: VAT is prepaid through the IOSS system.

  • U.S., Canada, Australia: Usually no import duties.

  • Other Countries: Import taxes or duties may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your CozyBeam™. If you’re not satisfied:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Used, opened, or damaged items (including cords, lenses, or accessories) are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.

To start a return, email ddmediastores@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions.


Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include photos/videos and your order number.

We’ll send a replacement or refund promptly once verified.


Refund Policy

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 7–10 business days for processing (bank-dependent).

Shipping costs and Protection Plan fees are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests for items returned in poor or used condition.


Product Safety & Electrical Disclaimer

CozyBeam™ products are intended for home and personal entertainment use only.

Important Usage Guidelines:

  • Use only the included or approved power adapter.

  • Avoid exposure to water or high humidity.

  • Keep away from direct sunlight or heat sources.

  • Allow proper ventilation while operating.

  • Do not stare directly into the projection lens.

CozyBeam™ is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, voltage errors, or third-party accessories.


Warranty Policy

All CozyBeam™ projectors include a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or drops

  • Water damage or overheating

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or accessories

To file a warranty claim, contact ddmediastores@gmail.com with photos or video evidence and proof of purchase.


Limitation of Liability

By purchasing from CozyBeam™, you agree that:

  • CozyBeam™ shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the product’s original purchase price.

  • You waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits or joint legal claims.


Indemnification

By using CozyBeam™ products or this website, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CozyBeam LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse or violation of these terms.


Force Majeure / Shipping Delays

CozyBeam™ is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers or customs

  • Natural disasters, severe weather, or pandemics

  • Strikes, wars, or events beyond our control


No Resale Policy

CozyBeam™ products are for personal use only.
Unauthorized resale, dropshipping, or reproduction without written consent is strictly prohibited.


Intellectual Property

All images, logos, text, videos, and product descriptions are the exclusive property of CozyBeam LLC.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution will result in legal action.


Pricing & Information Disclaimer

If a product is listed with incorrect pricing or information due to error or system glitch,
CozyBeam™ reserves the right to cancel or refuse any affected orders.


Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is encrypted and processed securely.
We never share your payment information with third parties.

By providing your email at checkout, you consent to receive transactional and promotional emails (you can unsubscribe anytime).

GDPR/CCPA Compliance:
Customers in the EU or California may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time.


Governing Law & Arbitration (NC-Based)

These policies are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA.
Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Mecklenburg County, NC.
By purchasing, you waive your right to a jury trial or class-action participation.


Severability

If any policy section is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms will still apply in full force.
